How does the reservation process work?

Submit an inquiry for the puppy you're interested in. We'll follow up personally before any deposit is discussed — there's no instant checkout here.

When is a deposit required?

Only after we've both confirmed it's a good fit. Deposits are handled directly with us, not through the website.

What health documentation comes with my puppy?

Every puppy goes home with a vet exam record, vaccination history, and a written health guarantee.

How do you handle delivery?

We coordinate safe, tracked delivery nationwide and walk you through the logistics once your puppy is ready to travel.

Can I visit in person?
